ExpiredArchaeology Month (Events April 6, 21)

April is Montana Archaeology month! To celebrate, the museum is hosting a number of events including a special presentation about flintknapping materials at the April 6th meeting of the Carter County Geological Society (7 p.m.) and an Artifact Roadshow on April 21 from 1-4 p.m.

The Roadshow is hosted by the Miles City BLM office who will identify items that people bring to the museum during the 1-4 time period. Please note that no one is obligated to then donate their item to the museum, this is a way to see how museum resources can benefit communities and researchers!
